DMC focuses on the destination — managing venues, suppliers, logistics and on-the-ground execution in Peru.
PCO focuses on the event itself — structuring the congress, coordinating stakeholders, managing registration and ensuring the program functions as planned.
Association Management extends beyond the event — supporting governance, membership and continuity across editions and activities.
When combined, these functions provide full coverage:
