We operate Peru as a meeting destination.

Our role is to translate international requirements into workable local execution — aligning venues, logistics, suppliers and timing so that projects move forward without friction.

Peru offers diverse environments for events, but each destination behaves differently in terms of infrastructure, access and operational complexity. Selecting and managing the right one is part of the strategy.

Key MICE Destinations

Lima
The main hub for international meetings and congresses. Strongest in infrastructure, connectivity and venue capacity. Suitable for large-scale and multi-day events.

Arequipa
A structured secondary city with reliable hospitality and a more contained environment. Works well for mid-size meetings requiring focus and continuity.

Ica
Close to Lima, practical for short programs and incentives. Limited scale but efficient for controlled group experiences.

Cusco
High-impact destination. Best suited for incentives or hybrid programs where the destination plays a central role. Requires precise logistics.

Iquitos
Remote and logistically sensitive. Used selectively for programs that require differentiation. Planning must be tightly controlled.
